The trucking industry's home for the people who actually move freight. Education, community, and consulting built by someone who scaled a 60-truck Inc. 500 fleet — and knows what it takes to do it without breaking the rules, the equipment, or the people inside it.
Whether you're sitting in a company truck thinking about going independent, or running a fleet of 75 and bleeding on maintenance — there's a rung for where you are. The same person, same brand, walks you up.
I started driving trucks in 2008. My dad was a successful owner-operator and small fleet owner — I learned from him how to treat drivers and run a small business the right way. I knew what the job actually costs, from watching him do it and from a lot of my own miles behind the wheel — the time away, the wear on your body, the way the industry treats the person in the cab.
In 2014 I went independent with one truck of my own. By 2018 that one truck had become a 60-truck fleet, ranked #277 on the Inc. 500 list of America's fastest-growing companies — and #465 the following year. I acquired my own shop in 2019. And through all of that growth, I kept the DOT safety scores in compliance — something most fleets can't manage even when they're growing slowly.
I exited the company in 2024, after the brutal trucking recession took out a lot of carriers around me. I came out the other side with 17 years of real operating experience across every department in trucking: safety, maintenance, and operations.
Bought his first truck in 3 weeks — now grossing $10,000 a week behind the wheel of a business he owns.
"You're not selling theory — you've actually built and sold a successful trucking company. A lot of consultants teach things they've never done themselves. Your advice comes from firsthand experience."
"Some trucks, drivers, and equipment I thought were contributing to growth were actually dragging down overall profitability. That shift in perspective has been the biggest eye-opener."
